How can I get information about my order if I haven't received a response to my Instagram, Facebook, or email messages?
To ensure your order inquiries are handled efficiently, I do not respond to messages sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or emails. It is challenging to link your social media name with your order, and my social media inboxes can become overwhelmed quickly. Additionally, emails can sometimes be mistakenly sent to spam.
For the most accurate and timely assistance, please use the chat feature on my website, located in the bottom left corner. This feature allows me to easily access your order information, as it is automatically connected to your account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

As a single employee of a small business specializing in handcrafted items, I kindly ask for your patience and understanding regarding launches and restocks. I strive to work efficiently to deliver products promptly while maintaining the highest quality standards for my customers. While I do my best to adhere to the calendar, there may be occasions when dates need to be adjusted. I appreciate your patience and kindness during these times, especially when a product launch date has not yet been added to the calendar.
ORDER QUESTIONS
I placed an order, but then found something else and placed another order, can you combine the orders so that I can save on shipping?
Unfortunately, I cannot combine multiple orders. Shipping costs are based on weight, and adding items to your order would increase the cost of the shipping label. Therefore, combining orders cannot be done.
Can you add a discount code if I forgot to use it during checkout?
Unfortunately, I cannot add a discount code once you have completed the checkout process.

Order Questions
I ordered an item but do not like the font. What can I do?
Fonts cannot be changed. The font displayed on the digital mock-up is the font that will appear on your item.
Can I change the font and color for a personalized tumbler?
No, during the creative process, I choose a font and color that is aesthetically pleasing. Changing fonts and colors would delay the process and delivery of your item.
Can I choose the font on my personalized item?
Some personalized items offer font choices. If the option is not available, I select a font that best fits the style and space available for the name. The font may differ from the mock-up or sample pictured in the product photo and is subject to change without notice.
LAUNCH & RESTOCKS
How can I make sure I don't miss out on your launches and restocks?
These custom-made items often have limited inventory. Create an account ahead of time and be logged in to my shop on the product page at 6 PM CST on the launch or restock day. Refresh the page, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout immediately. Delaying could result in missing out.
When will an out-of-stock item become available again?
Check the for tentative dates. If the item isn't listed, a restock date hasn't been set yet. Launch and restock dates are announced on my social media accounts at least 1-2 weeks in advance, and they occur on Sundays at 6 PM CST.

SHIPPING
How long does it take for my items to ship?
Please refer to the shipping time estimates in the description of the item you ordered. Orders take 8-21 business days to ship, depending on the item. This timeframe does not include the day you place your order, weekends, holidays, or actual transit times. If your order was placed on the weekend, the shipping time estimate begins on the next business day.
As I am the sole member of my team, this time is necessary to ensure that all orders are made to standard and are accurate. Once the package leaves my premises, I cannot control the duration taken by the shipping services.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we will announce any updates regarding international shipping as soon as they are determined.
What should I do if my package says it has arrived, but I haven't received it?
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS and speak to the Post Master or your Mail Carrier for assistance. Unfortunately, I cannot directly resolve issues with missing packages. However, in many cases, the package might have been taken inside by someone in your household, placed in a secure but unusual spot by the mail carrier, or accidentally delivered to a neighbor's mailbox. Please check these possibilities before reaching out to USPS.
What should I do if my shipping was incorrect or had insufficient information and the package was sent back to AmesKustomKreationz (Senders Address)?
If your package was sent back to AmesKustonKreationz (Senders address) due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information, it can be reshipped to the correct address at the customer's expense. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify me immediately using the chat feature, and I will correct it. Once the package has been shipped, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs, and the order cannot be canceled.

What should I do if my package never arrived?
When placing your order, you have the option to choose insured or uninsured shipping. Please note that uninsured shipping does not come with insurance coverage. Therefore, if your package is lost, damaged, or has broken or missing pieces, it will not be covered by Ames Kustom Kreationz. I highly recommend selecting insured shipping, which provides up to $1,000 in coverage.

What should I do if I make an error on my shipping address when placing my order?
If you made an error on your shipping address, please use the chat feature to notify me. I can update the shipping address for you if the shipping label has not already been purchased.
*Please do not message me via Facebook or Instagram, as these platforms quickly become overwhelmed and I cannot match your order name with your social media name or Instagram handle. Additionally, do not email me, as many unknown emails are sent to spam.
How do I know if my package was shipped?
You can use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you. Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder in case the email was filtered there.
Why hasn't my tracking number moved or been updated?
If your tracking number shows no movement or delivery date, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

The shipping label has been purchased, and the package is still with me, waiting to be made and packaged.

The package has not yet been scanned at the post office.
- There may be weather-related delays affecting the transit of your package.
What should I do if my order was damaged during delivery?
When placing your order, you have the option to choose First Class Shipping or Priority Shipping. Please note that First Class Shipping does not include insurance coverage. Therefore, if your package is lost, damaged, or has broken or missing pieces, it will not be covered by Ames Kustom Kreationz. I recommend selecting Priority Shipping, which comes with up to $50 in insurance coverage.

What should I do if it's been over the estimated shipping time and my package still hasn't moved, been scanned, or arrived?
If your package has exceeded the estimated shipping time and shows no movement or updates, you will need to contact USPS for more information. Unfortunately, I cannot obtain any more details than you can with your tracking number. USPS is the only party that can provide you with more in-depth and updated information.
Once the package leaves my possession, I have no control over what happens.
Please note: During the holiday season, some packages may not get scanned or may take longer than expected to arrive. This is beyond my control.
Do international orders require customs payments, and who is responsible for them?
I have no way of knowing if customs payments will be collected for international orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ames Kustom Kreations is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
How can I find information on my order and tracking number?
When you place an order, you will receive an email with your order number. A second email will be sent when a shipping label is created, and a final email will be sent when your package has shipped, is in transit, or is out for delivery.
You can also log into your account on my website to access all this information. Please check your spam/junk folder, as emails sometimes get filtered there. If you accidentally entered your email address incorrectly and cannot log into your account, you can contact me in the chat feature, and I will assist you in regaining access.
What does "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" mean?
This status means that I have created a shipping label for your package, but your item is either still here with me or USPS has picked up your package but hasn't scanned it yet. Unfortunately, I cannot control when USPS scans your package.
CANCELATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made. Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please review the details of each product carefully, as there may be minor imperfections inherent to the artisanal crafting process.
